Cookie Policy
What we store in your browser, and the choice you have.
Last updated: 15 October 2026
We don’t use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we don’t set cookies of our own. The site uses your browser’s storage (“local storage” and “session storage”, which work much like cookies) to keep things working. Anything optional only happens if you choose Accept all on the cookie banner.
1. Essential — always on
These are needed for the site to work, so they don’t need your consent.
| Name | What it’s for | How long |
|---|---|---|
| sb-…-auth-token | Keeps you signed in to your client dashboard. | Until you sign out |
| cookie-consent | Remembers the choice you made on the cookie banner. | Until you change it |
| sps-theme | Remembers whether you chose light or dark mode. | Until you change it |
| sps_app_quote | Saves your app-quote answers as you go, so nothing is lost if you leave the page. This includes the name, email and phone number you type in. | Until you send the form |
| sps_automation_… | Saves your automation set-up answers as you go. | Until you submit them |
| sps_wizard_data | Saves your website-order answers so they can be added to your project brief after you pay. This includes the name and email you type in. | Until you send your project brief |
| sps_checkout | Remembers the name, email and order reference from your website order, so the thank-you page can fill them in for your project brief and your account. | Until you create your account, or your next order replaces it |
| Cloudflare Turnstile (cf_clearance, __cf_bm) | A security check on the login, account sign-up and thank-you pages, the free name generator and website audit, and the order form when files are attached. It stops bots from attacking accounts and abusing our free tools. Set by Cloudflare, which may use these cookies to remember that your browser passed the check. | Set by Cloudflare's policy |
| sps.sidebar.… | Staff dashboard only: remembers which sections of the sidebar you have folded away. | Until you change it |
| sps.admin.backdrop | Staff dashboard only: remembers if you turned the animated background off. | Until you change it |
| sps_cart | Remembers what you have put in your cart, so it is still there as you move around the site. | Until you pay or empty it |
The security check on our login, account sign-up and thank-you pages, the free business name generator and website audit, and the order form when you attach files is run by Cloudflare Turnstile. Cloudflare may set its own cookies (cf_clearance and __cf_bm) to remember that your browser passed the check; they are needed for the check to work, and Cloudflare handles them under its own privacy policy.
2. Optional — only if you accept
These only run after you choose Accept all. Accepting also allows a referral cookie — sps_ref, kept for 60 days — and sps_ref_seen, so that someone who sent you to us is thanked if you order. If you choose Essential only, or don’t choose at all, they stay off and prices are shown in pounds.
| Name | What it’s for | How long |
|---|---|---|
| antigravity_pricing_cache | Your currency and the exchange rate, so prices show in your currency. To work this out we send your IP address to ipapi.co once to find your country. Only the currency and rate are kept. | 24 hours |
| tracked_… (session storage) | If you arrived from a link with a campaign tag, notes that we have already counted that visit, so it is only counted once. We record the campaign source and name — never who you are. | Until you close the tab |
| sps_ref (local storage), sps_ref_seen (session storage) | If you arrived through someone’s referral link, remembers their code so they are thanked if you order, and notes that the visit was counted. Without your consent the code is kept only until you leave the page, and you can type it at checkout instead. | 60 days (sps_ref); until you close the tab (sps_ref_seen) |
3. Other websites
When you pay, you’re taken to Stripe’s checkout — or Klarna or Clearpay if you choose to pay in instalments. They set their own cookies on their own sites, under their own cookie policies.
Our own fonts are self-hosted on every page, so viewing the site doesn’t send a font request to Google. The only exception is the colour palette tool (/journal/palette), which loads its sample fonts from Google Fonts — and only after you accept optional cookies. When it does, your browser contacts Google, and Google can see your IP address.
Change your choice
You can change your mind at any time. Choosing Essential only switches the optional features off straight away and clears what they stored. You can also clear everything from your browser’s settings.
