Stop renting your software. Own it.
Most businesses run on five or six separate tools that don’t talk to each other, each charging by the month, by the person, and none of them quite right. We build one system instead — shaped around how you already work, connected to what you keep, and owned outright by you.
Priced by quote — the scope decides the number, so we work it out before quoting one.
Point at it to put it together, or drag to turn.
What a system of your own holds
Not all of it, and not at once. You pick what earns its place, and the rest can follow later — it is your system, so it can grow.
Every job, through your stages
Enquiry to finished, in the order your business actually works, not the order a software company decided on. Nothing sits in an inbox waiting to be remembered.
One record per customer
Their details, their jobs, their paperwork and a dated history of what was said. Everyone sees the same thing, and nobody has to ask who spoke to them last.
A diary the team works from
Who is on what, and when. Book a job in and the address comes from the job rather than being typed again. Holidays, moves and cancellations stay on the record.
Checklists and compliance
The steps each job has to pass, with who signed off what and when. Whether you hold the certificate and whether the work is done stay separate questions, because that gap is where problems hide.
Files that file themselves
A folder per customer and job in storage you already own, with photos from the field landing in the right one. No renaming, no moving, no hunting for last month’s pictures.
An assistant that knows your business
Ask it about a job in plain English, or make a change by message from the van. It says exactly what it is about to do and waits for a yes before it does anything.
Everyone in their own lane
Each person gets a login and only the parts they should see, with a trail of who changed what. Access is taken back the day someone leaves.
Your website, in the same place
Edit the live site by clicking the words on it, publish when you are ready, and put any earlier version back. One system, not a separate login for the website.
The subscriptions it makes redundant
Every one of these is something a business we have built for was paying for by the month, per person, before the work started.
- Job and field-service software charged per person, per month
- A CRM that holds enquiries but knows nothing about the work
- Task boards, because the tasks live on the jobs instead
- Shared calendars and booking links glued together by hand
- Site-photo apps, and the "someone will file them later" that follows
- Form tools that email an enquiry and forget it
- A website builder, its page fees and its plugin bill
- Screen-recording tools for training that goes stale in a month
What we won’t pretend
We don’t replace your accounting software, your payroll or your card processing — those are solved, regulated and cheap, so your system connects to them instead. And if what you pay each month is genuinely less than building would cost you, the honest answer is to keep it. We would rather tell you that than take the work.
Running costs are part of the quote, in writing: hosting, storage and any services it depends on, with real numbers rather than "from".
How the work actually goes
- 1
We look at how you work now
Including the spreadsheet. Especially the spreadsheet — it is usually the most accurate description of your business that exists.
- 2
You get a scope and a fixed quote
What it will hold, what it will not, what it costs to build and what it costs to run. If keeping what you have is the better answer, we say so at this point.
- 3
We build it around your way of working
Your stages, your job types, your paperwork, your words. You see it as it goes, not at the end.
- 4
Your history comes with you
Customers and jobs are migrated, not retyped — with anything the old data could not answer flagged for a person rather than quietly guessed.
- 5
Your team is trained, then it is yours
Walkthroughs made from the system itself, so they can be remade when it changes instead of going quietly out of date.
Pick what yours would hold
Choose the parts your business needs. They go straight into your quote, and you can change them there.
Tap a part to add it, or drag to turn.

Start your quoteIt belongs to you, not to us
Software you own outright, not rent forever
- No per-person fees — adding the tenth person costs nothing
- Your data in your own database, exportable whenever you want
- Changes when your business needs them, not when a vendor gets round to it
- Nothing switches off because someone else changed their pricing
Tell us what you pay for each month and what it still doesn’t do for you. We’ll come back with what’s worth replacing, what’s better left alone, and what building your own would cost to make and to run.
