Accessibility Statement
How we make this site easy for everyone to use — and how to tell us if something gets in your way.
Our Commitment
This statement applies to smartpagestudio.com, which is run by Smart Page Studio LTD. We want everyone to be able to use this website, whatever their abilities or the technology they use, and we keep improving it.
Standards
This website partially conforms to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. “Partially conforms” means most of the site meets the standard, but some parts don’t yet — they are listed below, and we are fixing them.
Known Limitations
We know about the following problems and are fixing them:
- Some small caption text has low colour contrast.
- A few form fields on our free tools relied on placeholder text instead of visible labels.
- Heading levels are not always sequential in the footer and on the FAQ page.
- On small phones, the cookie notice could cover the chat button.
If any of these stops you doing something on the site, tell us and we’ll give you the information or service another way.
Key Features
- Colour contrast checked for body text, links and buttons.
- Keyboard-friendly navigation and visible focus states.
- Clear page structure, landmarks and image descriptions that work with screen readers.
- Layouts that adapt to phones, tablets and computers.
If You’re Not Happy With Our Response
We’d always rather put things right ourselves, so please tell us first. If you’re not satisfied with how we respond, the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) offers free advice on the Equality Act 2010.
Report a Problem
If something on this site is hard to use, or you need information in another format, email info@smartpagestudio.com with “Accessibility” in the subject line. Tell us the page and what went wrong. We aim to reply within 5 working days.
